Grupotel Maritimo

10/10 Excellent
"Grupotel Maritimo is a genuinely delightful stay — calm, welcoming, and wonderfully well‑run. The breakfast setup is a standout: beautifully organised, fresh, and offering an impressive range of hot dishes, fruit, pastries, and made‑to‑order options that make mornings feel effortless. Staff throughout the hotel are pleasant, warm, and consistently helpful, adding a relaxed friendliness that suits the quiet atmosphere. The rooms are well‑appointed, comfortable, and appropriately designed for unwinding after a day in Alcúdia Despite being close to everything, the hotel maintains a peaceful vibe, perfect for couples or anyone seeking a restful base. Overall, Grupotel Maritimo delivers a polished, enjoyable experience with great food, great people, and great comfort — a hotel that gets the important things right."

Hotel Condesa Mallorca

Hotel Condesa Mallorca

10/10 Excellent
"Second time we have stayed at Hotel Condesa, as before the service and buffet was excellent, with plenty of food to choose from. The pool was so warm and well maintained and didn't have that strong chlorine smell you normally get. Access to the beach is perfect with sunbeds at 20 euros per day. Also we took a dolphin watching excursion from the nearby pier at 06.50 maybe a bit early for some but the sunrise is amazing and then you have the rest of the day to relax on the beach. We recommend all inclusive, but this doesn't always suit everyone."

Grupotel Port d'Alcudia

Grupotel Port d'Alcudia

8/10 Good
"We had a very enjoyable stay at Grupotel Port D’Alcudia and I would recommend this to families with young children looking for a good value stay. The accommodation was ideal, super clean and the beds very comfy. Whilst there was evening entertainment, the hotel is quiet, not rowdy and we were able to sleep well every night. Location is good, about a 5 min stroll to the beach, a convenience supermarket directly opposite the hotel (but there is a bigger Lidl about 5-10 mins walk away too). To walk to the Port took us around 20 mins with children, and there is a bit more going on there, plenty of restaurant choices, shops and the marina to enjoy."

Hostal Alma

Hostal Alma

8/10 Good
"Beds were slightly uncomfortable memory foam type. Room was very basic but I guess that is all you need. It was just a place to crash at night for us as we were out early every morning and not back until late. We needed somewhere that didn't include breakfast so it was perfect in that respect. The pool was nice. The parking was a little crowded and cars got so jammed in sometimes that I feared we would be able to leave early but we got away with it by claiming the positions that couldn't get blocked. However, just shy of £400 for a three night stay, even in August, I feel was a bit steep for such basic a room. Otherwise it was great."

8/10 Good
"Nice surroundings with uninterrupted views to the distant mountains which gave a picturesque sunset backdrop at night. We stayed in Vesta rooms which were spacious and close to the main areas of the pool, reception, spa, and dining rooms. Our kids are 16 and 14 and we were fine using the adult pool which was the best option as it was a good size and normal depth. The main pool was a bit disappointing being a bit small and shallow throughout. We also used the adult dining room and bar which avoided the queues and noise of the main dining room. The food option for breakfast was fairly standard but ok. Dinner was a bit limited and repetitive. The hotel tried a few theme nights but the offer was limited and ran out quickly. Our daughter is vegetarian and there was very little choice throughout our stay that suited her. We were all inclusive and thought the best food option was the lunch restaurant by the pool, which had a good selection. Food was made to order and delivered by waiting staff. Although some options had an extra charge. The hotel is fairly isolated although there’s a good bus service to both Pollenca and Alcúdia beach which also stops at the old towns. Overall a very nice hotel with good facilities with welcoming and helpful staff."

4 tips for savvy savings when booking a hotel in Alcúdia

  1. Book for the cheapest times: The most budget-friendly time to visit Alcúdia is during January, February, and November, when hotel prices are generally lower. To fully appreciate the area's historical landmarks, cultural sites, and natural beauty, a stay of at least 5 to 6 days is recommended. This duration allows for the exploration of key attractions, such as local monuments, family-friendly activities, and opportunities for birdwatching and hiking, all while enjoying affordable dining options and great value for money. With prices potentially dropping during these months, it’s an ideal time for those seeking a memorable yet economical getaway.
  2. Look for last-minute deals on Hotels.com: To discover last-minute deals to Alcúdia, you might start by exploring the DealsOpens in a new window or Last-Minute Deals sections on Hotels.com, where you could find discounted rates on accommodations close to your travel date. Enabling email alerts or push notifications from Hotels.com will help you stay informed about flash sales and special promotions, so you don’t miss potential savings. Additionally, the Smart Shopping tool available via the app allows you to compare hotel prices and amenities, ensuring you're more likely to be the first to know about room availability or price drops for your ideal getaway.
  3. Be flexible with dates: Prices can fluctuate based on various factors such as the hotel's location, star rating, and the time of year. Therefore, being flexible with your travel dates might help you save on your stay at an Alcúdia hotel. For those seeking a distinctive experience, boutique hotels often provide a more personalised touch and can sometimes offer better value. When you book through Hotels.com, we will inform you whether the price for your chosen dates is above or below the average. If the price is on the higher end, we’ll suggest alternative dates that may be more affordable, increasing the likelihood that you’ll save.
  4. Consider your location: Hotels situated near the city centre usually tend to be more expensive, but thanks to Alcúdia's superb public transport links, you might discover a more affordable independent hotel a bit further out that remains well-connected. For those keen on exploring alternative, less crowded neighbourhoods or even lesser-known nearby towns, there is often excellent value for money to be found. Opting for these alternative destinations could provide a more authentic and budget-friendly experience.
