I’ll be back here
Great location, in the city center, easy to access the important points of interest. Very friendly staff. The single room has basic features. Clean and cosy.

Disgusting
This was my first time in Liverpool and what a lovely City. The same can not be said for Sleep Eat Love. The pictures on the website are misleading. Size - For 2 adults the room was smaller than any place I've ever stayed in. Barely space to walk. Cleanliness - Sheets felt dirty. Comfort - Bed extremely squeaky and uncomfortable Noise factor - You can basically hear sound from other rooms including people walking around the "hotel". Could barely sleep Hygiene - The lift was dirty with empty cups of alcohol. Smelled really bad too. No air-conditioning anywhere in the hotel including the rooms Paid £90 for one night and thank God we stayed for one night only. This was a terrible experience and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Cute cafe
Due to overbooking we got transferred to the hotel opposite but still made use of Sleep Eat Love facilities. The kitchen area is lovely with picnic tables and a TV. The Cafe was brilliant with plenty of vegan options and tasty vegan pancakes. It is within walking distance of the docks and radio city. Would stay here again.

Industrial/funky and friendly
The decor has an industrial/funky vibe. Really good feel to the place. Great position for the centre and sights. All the staff are friendly and welcoming. Plenty of charge points for teenagers devices and relaxed chill out communal area. The connecting eatery ‘Love Thy Neighbour’ next door has delicious fresh food. We tried all the side order snacks and enjoyed breakfast for the 3 days of our stay with a 20% off voucher from the hostel which was brilliant. The reason why I marked down a bit on comfort is that we stayed in bunk beds and both found we could feel the springs of the mattress so had to sleep on top off the duvet to create a bit of padding. Also, a couple of hooks in the bathroom would be a useful addition for your towels. Overall a thumbs up and super value for money for a budget get away for group of friends.
