We had an amazing time at this hotel over the holidays. The hotel staff went above and…
Bathroom was dirty. Leftover toothpaste packets.

We enjoyed our stay here. The location was excellent and the place has great vibes and very friendly and helpful staff.
It was a nice birthday getaway! Really njoyed the old school record player. Had to wait longer than anticipated upon check-out because the guy was in the back talking on the phone.
I really enjoyed my stay at the Eaton. Even in this pandemic,,the service was great, the staff was friendly, the place was clean and comfortable. I will definitely be returning on my next trip to DC..
Customer service was great from the front desk staff, FAYE MBAYE delivered a fast an friendly service. Will be staying again.
This was my 2nd time staying at the Eaton and it was even better than the first. The hotel staff is friendly, efficient and willing to go above and beyond. I forgot my cell phone charger and unfortunately all the local shops had closed. The night manager lent me his personal charger to get me through the night. The rooms are welcoming and relaxing with a very comfortable bed. I travel every week for work and this hotel is such a pleasant break from the routine of the large chains.
Beautiful hotel with multiple hand sanitizing stations, and strict mask compliance. All of these efforts maybe it a safe and enjoyable stay during COVID 19. We did have to request turn down service part way through our trip, but this may have been a condition due to Covid. Overall everyone was incredibly friendly and accommodating and I would happily recommend that others look here when planning their next trip to DC.
Very hipster hotel in a convenient location. Bathroom was beautiful they also had a turntable with records for you to choose from. It is within walking distance to the White House and other attractions. Parking is around a block and confusing. It requires a short walk to the hotel from the parking garage if you choose to self-park your car. No room-service at this time due to Covid-19. I am not sure if the service desk informed me about no housekeeping though. I stayed 3 nights at the hotel and house keeping never came around. I was fine with it, because of the pandemic but other hotels still offer housekeeping. Overall I had a great experience and would return.
So glad we chose to stay at the Eaton. The property is sooo gorgeous, impeccably decorated, a perfect location. Service is so kind and the American Son is delicious. Only drawback is valet parking and even offsite parking was v expensive, but that may be standard for the area. Def recommend a stay!
Loved it!
This hotel was everything I hoped it would be - a stylish, friendly, cozy sanctuary during the pandemic. The hotel manager & staff left a dog bed and bowls for our Boston Terrier and surprised my daughter (celebrating her 16th birthday while there) with a beautiful anthology of essays and poems by women writers addressing climate change. So incredibly thoughtful! Many of their beautiful spaces and amenities are closed by necessity but we enjoyed the beautiful library and the warm fire there. The record player in our room was a highlight with my husband getting more albums from the radio station/listening room on the main floor. The music selections and the book assortments are thoughtfully curated. Loved the artwork, loved the whole vibe. We look forward to returning. My only constructive feedback would be the absence of rooms with 2 queens (all rooms are king beds with option of roll-away or sofa sleeping in the suite where we stayed). We all loved the social & environmental justice mission that seems to be woven throughout the property. Easily walked to the Mall and museums from here.
