The hotel looks great and has friendly service at the front desk. The highlight was definitely the amazing pool for the grandkids and the fitness centre which I used throughout my stay. Second time staying here. We were close to the winterlude events, parliament building, museums and a half hour walk to the Byward market. Hotel is clean and the rooms are spacious. Staff are friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again the next time we're in Ottawa. Highly recommend this hotel.
