We have stayed here many times in the last year, and it is a clean and comfortable place to stay when you need a little more space to spread out. Housekeeping staff are top notch, and brought the extras I requested without delay. This trip, we got stuck in an elevator at midnight for around 45 minutes, the concierge was very kind during the ordeal but we were later told there was nothing that could be done to comp us for the trouble. I know these things happen but it was a stressful situation and I felt like I was dismissed when I inquired about it the next day. Overall the Town Inn Suites is still a great choice, the location has everything you need and the rooms give you enough room for a comfortable extended stay.

Look somewhere else!
Breakfast was a joke. Space is totally unrealistic for size of hotel. Not a stick of furniture in bedroom, or a closet... Bathroom is on the small side even made worse by the fact that there is no counter space, no shelves, poor lighting, & no bench/step in shower to wash your feet. All this for over $400/night. I won't be coming back!

Great location and very spacious accommodations! We were very pleased with this hotel and would stay again for sure. The only drawbacks were crowded elevators, poor signage when trying to use the stairs and a breakfast room so crowded that it was impossible to get coffee. The beds were super comfortable and everything very clean and nice.

A water pipe burst on Sunday morning two floors above so my bathroom was flooded and unusable. On my request (no one came to tell me that there was a problem), they moved me to another room, but that room had black mold on the ceiling of the shower, the closet in the bedroom was blocked by a bed, and the doors on one side of the bedroom and the living room closet were broken and could not be moved.

Room a bit tired
The lobby area is well kept and inviting and the staff were helpful, friendly and attentive. Sadly the room, whilst being clean and comfortable, was in need of a refurb and was showing lots of signs of wear and tear with peeling wallpaper and bashed cupboards. Just a bit tired all round. The location is also not that great for the main tourist areas (such as the Waterfront and CN Tower), however, is on Church St so plenty of bars and eateries locally.

Comfortable 1br suite. Plenty of room for a couple. Had a dated (older) suite but was still comfortable but a longer stay would not have been as comfortable with the age of the room. Decent continental breakfast, the common seating area is a bit cramped though.
