Terrible communication. Needed to move room to another day due to ferry issues They didn’t pickup the phone . Didn’t return calls after leaving voice message and when they did pickup . The staff are amazing the service and kindness Change my room as at the drop of a hat When young man realised it be difficult doing two flight of stairs The food in restaurant was beautiful I had salmon My boyfriend the haggis it was lovely to know £1.00 was donated to a school in Ethiopia Room was lovely Arran toiletries provided Bed linen amazing Just some noise from a pump a few times for a couple of seconds It would not put me off staying As staff food all amazing Breakfast served by a delightful waitress Xxxx
