Fair for a one night stay.
Hotel was fair for a one night stay. Kind of a pain to walk from outside around and up to second floor for breakfast and pool access if your on main level. People above us were very loud all night long and no 24hr front desk. Hotel was decent for cleanliness and the staff were very kind when checking us in. Breakfast wasn’t anything special. Definitely wasn’t worth the price we paid.

Con's of this hotel...paying for parking...$5.00 processing fee...no elevator Pro's of this hotel...the staff, very friendly and helpful...the location, great view of the gorge...breakfast lots to chose from, very clean and food was constantly replenished...rooms, old style rooms but very clean, roomy and comfortable... If you can get past the cons, this is a charming place to stay. I would stay here again if my business takes me to the falls.

Good place to stay.
I stayed at Rapid Rivers las year with my husband. I returned with my sister, but took a ground room. The room was fine, but it was near the steps and there was a group that didn't know how to walk and jumped and ran at certain time of the day. The second day, it was humid and the room had a smell of urine in the rug near the door. I reported to staff and the room was cleaned right away. The outdoor disappeared. The breakfast was good. The only thing i didn't like was that now it have to pay $20 a night for parking. I did not know about it.

Clean & quiet
The hotel is clean and quiet and the queen mattress was fine. The breakfast was good as well. However, the hotel needs an elevator and it's around 7 mn drive from downtown attractions. Overall, we had a nice stay.
