Avoid
We booked/paid 6 months in advance, had an email just before saying our booking ‘was guaranteed’ (in bold) so felt safe but we never got checked-in, kept leaving messages on their number (no front desk and no one to speak to ) and Hotels.com couldn’t help/reach them either. After sitting outside for 2 hours we had to find somewhere else to stay. Ruined our special occasion and days later we still have no explanation or refund.

The place was in a great location however the apartment was too small and looked nothing like the photos. The room was not clean, the Sofa had stains on it and considering it was a sofa bed I thought that was unhygienic. The fridge didn’t work nor did some of the lights within the room.

We arrived late-flight got delayed and didn’t have anyone to talk to the office is not accessible to international costumes and i had to pay for the incoming call they made me. Also-the apt didn’t have any elevator as it says at the description. It’s located on third floor which is problematic for old people or people with a lot of luggage. Location is amazing! It’s 1 minute from china town and Piccadilly Circus. In general-the apt is really small but ok for 3 people not more. Everything was new and clean. My main problem was to contact the office-they didn’t answer my calls all week long and didn’t take care of my request to store my luggage on our last day. Overall I won’t recommend it to my friends.

Would recommend
Great location and very helpful staff, it was very clean with great shower and new kitchen facilities. They even allowed us a later checkout which was very much appreciated. A small improvement would be shower gell, coffee, milk (which I notice others have remarked upon but there is a supermarket 2 doors down so even that was a 2 minute fix). I will definitely be returning and using for business and leisure - great place to stay, fab location, recently refurbished & the company involved respond immediately to any issues.

During my stay I tried to contact the management company many times about damage to the apartment that had been done before my arrival. My bedroom door handle was broken and falls off on one side and is worryingly loose on the other A kitchen cupboard door almost fell on my head one morning when I tried to open it for the first time Both lamps in my bedroom do not work and one looks like it has been seriously damaged by damp The bedroom lights seem to have a loose connection as they sporadically go into a strobe effect which is rather headache inducing There is no tea towel, sponge or washing up liquid in the kitchen so anything I do use cannot be washed properly before or after use And to top things off the door to the building had an issue with it's locking mechanism and locked me out of the apartment, it took me close to an hour for someone to actually let me back into the building as the management company was not answering calls until I tried the new business line. When they arrived they again left me standing on the street in the cold and rain because they had not even brought a key to allow me to gain entry. He came back with a few more colleagues to fix the damaged items listed above and it took the three men close to two hours to change the light bulbs in the bedroom lamps and take the kitchen cupboard door off as they could not fix it. And I was left with everything else on my list unresolved.

A Scam. Pictures are not real. Trash all over inside the building. Entrance has trash and vandalism. A complete scam. Try to get money back and I couldn’t. Decided it was better to move out of this “hotel” and ended up paying for a new hotel while this one did not returned my money. Very disappoints with Expedia also.

Very noisy street
Location was good. We waited for Hours to get attended in the office so someone could give us the keys to the apartment. The street was too noisy and the pull out bed (sofá cama) was very uncomfortable. No air conditioner and too small for four ppl. We tried to call several times and for days but no one picked up.

Great location but don’t take the kids
This apartment was in a great location close to theatres and Piccadilly Circus. Great restaurants and local street eats in the street outside during the day. At night it was a red light area with a number of massage parlours. The apartment was very noisy. At 3am it was loud outside. It was really a one bedroom apartment with two small and broken stretchers as additional beds. We had to sleep on the lounge.

Worst accommodation ever
The communication was horrible we arrived at 1:00 am waited over 45 minutes to be let in! The carpet in hall smelled like urine and was stained and gross. The apartments were filthy hair inside the covers and on pillow cases, stains on mattress of pull out couch bed, mold stains on wall , odor was disgusting, no cutlery in drawers, used toiletries left for guests. I have never been replied to we left after first night no one will respond NEVER stay here

Wouldn't stay again or recommend
I was due to arrive at 7pm, I was asked to call 45 mins ahead to confirm my arrival and again to call 5 mins ahead, both of which I did and was still left waiting for 25 minutes to be met. Upon arrival, the guy who met me didn't have the card machine to take the security pre-authorisation amount and so we waited another 15 mins for his colleague to drop that around. This left me very frustrated after a long day when I just wanted to get in, drop my things, shower and have dinner. Once deposit done, it was apparent there was no toilet roll. After a call, this was provided but an additional frustration. I had been left two keys with which to access the front door and flat door. After dinner I returned and the front door wouldn't open without a code. I had not been left a code. After waiting some 30 minutes and unanswered calls to the off-duty number, someone staying in the same building came home and I got in. Frustration with the poor service and poor communication is by now through the roof. The following morning I wanted to iron my shirt for the day only to find that despite their being a fridge, dishwasher and washing machine, the flat was not equipped with an iron or ironing board. I called and made my request for these and was told they would be there by the end of the day. When I returned to the flat, they were not there. after further phone calls, it was around 9:30 pm before they surfaced. Overall - comfortable flat let down by really poor service.

Did the job
It’s not a hotel. Its more like an Airbnb. They are flats that people rent out. You have to call in advance and wait for a guy to drop off keys. 3 floors to walk up, no elevator. Definitely not what I expected.

So so in Soho.
Great location so very convenient. The room was still being cleaned when we arrived even though it was after the check-in time. We were not provided with toilet roll and had to request it which took nearly an hour to arrive. No wifi code was provided despite asking for it.

Lots of extra work
This is not a hotel! It is a series of flats for lease. That means there is no one to let you in when you arrive, you have to choreograph everything in advance -- work I did not anticipate because I did not read the fine print. Then, I'm on the 3rd floor, with small stairs that are very hard to navigate with luggage -- no elevator. That said, the location could not be better. It is right in the middle of everything. Tourist sites are very close by. The room was comfortable and spacious. One other negative, there is a bar to the side and behind the room I was assigned. I could hear their music all the way to the 3rd floor. Made it a little difficult to sleep.

Excellent flat, non-responsive check-out service
Fantastic flat - my only issue was I requested upon arrival a late check-out. The rep told me to call the mainline the morning of my departure to confirm there wouldn't be an incoming guest. I called at 9am to learn the office didn't open until 10a. I called at 10a, 10:30a, 11a and 12p but the line kept going to voicemail with no return call. I ended up staying in the apt until 2p with no issue, but would have completely restructured my morning if I just knew i could extend my check-out. What's concerning is that if I had lost my key or needed assistance there would have been no one to help me aside from the mainline office who was completely non-responsive. Aside from that the flat is gorgeous and was perfect for my stay. There's lots of noise from the bar next door until around 2a but that didn't matter to me since I was out till late myself.

Great apartment in the middle of Soho
Great service: we were contacted in advance & then met on time at the flat. The apartment exceeded expectations, comfy bed, lots of pillows, a new Miele kitchen & great modern decor. If you don’t know Soho look it up before booking, the flat is at the crossroads of old & new soho. Loads to explore & a fun place to be.

Avoid this Hotel at all cost!!!
Avoid this hotel at all cost!! This hotel posted photos of a different hotel, when i arrived it took the guy who is supposed to meet me to give the keys 15mins to arrive. There was only a very small door that leads to all the rooms and the place outside though its very convenient is beside all the bars so there was a lot of shouting and fights not to mention Police sirens all throughout the night and at 5am you get the garage truck coming to pick up the bottles which is really noisy. We stayed for 4 nights and they were mad when they came to change the towels which they really should have had. Shower room is clogged!!! which was really disgusting!! No toilet paper to use so we had to buy ourselves. When we called them to request they were rude and never came to address. On the last night were staying there we came back to no electricity in our room we called them up to no avail and called up Hotels.com which they called up the this hotel and their exact words " The are not cooperating we will transfer you to another hotel" this is the worst Hotel and i don't understand how Hotels.com would allow this.

Great location with just a few minor concerns
Ultimately we would stay again, as the convenience outweighed any inconveniences. We had a few small complaints like getting the wifi password was a hassle (a few calls over 2 days), there was NO sound barrier - you heard EVERYTHING from upstairs, from outside (it was like you were sitting in a bar), there was no instruction on how to use the induction stove (and the call for assistance never got addressed), and it was clean however the dirty linens from previous guest never got removed. We stayed on the 3rd floor, there is no elevator. We have a toddler, so thankful we didn't bring a stroller. But even with these concerns we were close enough to all the things we came to see, and in walking distance. We liked having a kitchen, and washer/dryer (even though we didn't use it). Only having a shower with a toddler was interesting, and the towel warmer would've burned my little guy if I wasn't paying such close attention (it got HOT and no way to turn it down). Also on the toddler note...All tables are glass. While it looks great, I had to keep cleaning hand prints etc off. I would have liked to see some cleaning items too, as we were there for a few days and they don't have a cleaning staff that comes in during your stay (not that we saw). I would have liked to be able to sweep up, and have a glass cleaner. Also keep in mind this is in the SOHO area, LOTS and lots of night life. We had no issues, even with the kiddo, we just avoided a couple of streets.
