I wanted to like this place, but things fell short for me, overall, and I don't think I would return.
-The room: It's clean, but that's just about it. The room was much smaller than I had thought. All the furniture pieces and appliances were put into odd places to fit into that small room -- you'd find a microwave right above your head when you're sitting at the desk (I bumped my head into the shelf multiple times while getting up from the chair!) or a wardrobe would be placed high above the refrigerator (I couldn't use it without a chair or a ladder).
-The view: The view was supposed to be a "city view" looking across the beautiful Han river. In reality, the only thing I saw was a construction site that completely blocked your view.
-The location: Even for someone like myself who knows how to get around Seoul quite easily, the location was definitely an inconvenience, although you could get by with nearby bus stops and the subway station. Many of the hotel guests, it turned out, were group tourists from China, Thailand, and the Philippines, who seemed to be using chartered buses. A couple of things I actually enjoyed were the fact that Seonyudo Park was very close and that there was a night market inside the apartment estate across the street.
For the price, it was ok, but I don't think I would return. By the way, I wouldn't recommend adding a breakfast option because there is a price discrepancy between what is offered on Expedia and the actual menu.
