A legit 5-star hotel with exceptional staff, and a breakfast that probably beats all other "standard 5-star experiences". Great room, gym and everything you need. They managed to arrange the perfect tour guide for both a walking tour around Seoul, along with a great visit to the DMZ. Moreover, staff communicated well internally as we could always speak to someone that already was informed about a reservation and whatever we needed. Thanks for going the extra mile.
