Friendly staff. Booked last minute with reasonable rates even with BTS concert happening the night we stayed. Approximately 10 min walk to subway and 5 min walk to Haeundae Beach. Rooms were small, no view. Nice roof terrace with view obstructed by the many taller buildings. Would stay here again.

Shower was not cleaned properly, we could see old water and soap trails. Stains on towels, had a spider in our room. The water boiler was dirty and had to wash it multiple times.

일행이 잡았는데 오자마자 주차불가상품이라고 하고 간판앞에 주차했더니 튀어나오니까 더 뒤로 붙이라고 그러는데 공간이 없는데 뒤로 어떻게 가냐고하니 옆에 두자리 중간에 주차한차를 그제서야 이동하면서 다시 주차하라고하고.... 다신 안갈래요.

입실하자마자 머리카락이 먼지와 뭉쳐서 굴러다니는 바닥을 보고 기분이 좋지 않았다. 침대 이불을 걷었더니 여자 머리카락이 이불에 여기저기 붙어있어 방을 바꿨다. 다음날 오후 일행들 방이 주차불가 상품이라며 주차비를 요구했다. 예약시 주차불가라는 문구를 본적이 없었다. 하지만 원래 해외사이트는 주차불가가 원칙이라고 앵무새처럼 반복했다. 예약 확정 메일과 당일예매 화면에서도 주차불가라는 메세지는 없었으며 확인하라고 했지만 오히려 고객에게 해당사이트에 문의하라고했다. 이무슨 경우인지 너무 당황스러웠다. 다음날 객실 한층을 통째로 한팀이 쓴다며 내 방을 다른층으로 바꿨다. 가방이 없어서 갔더니 그렇게 얘기해서 당황스러웠지만 그냥 옮긴방으로 갔다. 3일째날 재실정비가 전혀 이루어지지않았다. 수건과 쓰레기가 그대로 있었다. 물도 없어서 프론트에 요청하려 했지만 전화 연결은 되지 않았다. 다시는 가고싶지않은 호텔이다.
