DC TRIP
We didn't know what to expect when we arrived to DC which was after all the riots! Didn't realize we were going to be staying so close to where all the destruction happened! BUT.... the hotel & employees were top-notch! Everyone was so friendly & helpful - we would stay at the Hyatt again if we ever make it back to DC. Blessings to all of you -

Over charged, had to pay an extra $150, that I’m not getting back, then paid $30 to park per night. If not for the staff being so nice and helpful I wouldn’t ever stay here again.

Tired of Covid!
Because of Covid, there was only a bagged breakfast. Got tired of it. Room only cleaned every 4 days, although we asked and they cleaned after 3 days.

Location was good, staff was friendly. There was no parking, had to walk a few blocks to the nearest garage and the bed was very hard

Best stay ever!
Every staff member even manager not only spoke they greeted us every time they saw us always asked if we had been taken care of so all needs were met immediately, plus we were allowed to check in late and not flagging us a no show with our room still reserved for us - this never happens!

Surprised
The hotel is hard to find especially since it's boarded up. $50 a night for parking is ridiculous!!!! The room was nice

Safe and sound.
Well maintained building. Helpful friendly staff. Only issue for me was door key kept failing to open every other time I tried to enter. After the third failure maintenance came and repaired door after my having just been given replacement keys on the two other occasions. That I found inconvenient and irritating.

No water!!!!
The hotel is under construction or boarded up due to protest. One might think the hotel is closed or a abandoned building. Also there is no valet during the week and the water was shut off so we couldn’t take showers or wash our hands for most of our stay. And parking is hit or miss. Thankfully we found parking of the street, otherwise we would have no choice but to park 3 blocks away. Thank God we are only here for 1 night.

Great location, close to everything but I broke out in a severe rash all over my body. I must’ve had an allergic reaction to the soaps and detergents used on the bedding
