Its a mediocre hotel trying.to pass itself off as upscale. Beds and pillows were so uncomfortable I couldnt wait to leave. Breakfast was blah. I asked for a handicapped accessible room and it was not - no raised toilet, no handbars, no way a wheelchaor would get through. Won't be back, there are much better hotels for the price.

The side door is not accessible by wheelchair nor is the key lock there without falling off the sidewalk. Needs to be addressed. Plus tub is not accessible even with the bench because a person can not reach the facet handle for the water or the shower head without assistance and why should a physical challenge individual have to have someone with them.... you need to address this ASAP.
