Very disappointed.
Very disappointed with the accommodation. There were ants and silverfish in the bathrooms and bedrooms. Black marks on the hard floors. Stains on the bedroom carpets. Marks on the walls. Some furniture is old and worn and needs replacing. The bathrooms were dirty in places. We did not report this at the time because we were only staying for two nights. We have since contacted the property and they are not interested. I would not recommend this accommodation.

Fab location
The location of the apartment was excellent and the reception staff were helpful on arrival. Our accommodation was perfect for what we wanted, but the furnishings and fittings were tired and in need of replacing e.g the bedroom curtains had not been washed in a very long time. Some suitcase stands would also have been very useful. We had loads of hot water on the first day, but were disappointed that we had very little/none on the morning of our final day.

Perfect location. Easy to walk to many attractions or jump on the close tube stations. Large 2 bed apartment with everything you need; tea, coffee, milk, shampoo etc. Friendly, efficient reception staff.

Good accommodation with only minor issues
Very spacious clean apartment with comfortable beds in an excellent location. Some minor issues like having no TV remote control for the duration of our stay but overall would recommend if you’re looking for more space in a good location.
