    My experience was not good! Was told the on-site parking is first come first serve. Shocking!!! Had to park couple of blocks away and walked through rat infested area to get back to the hotel.

    My husband and I went down to visit family. Our stay at the Hyatt was nice. There were no free parking options that we saw or that was presented to us. The entrance to the hotel was difficult to find. Initial check in and initial valet was a bit of a mess. You must check in the you can check in your vehicle for valet which seems a bit backwards. Keep in mind the entrance is in a tiny side street with limited parking. We were given a room that had not yet been cleaned. We brought it to the front desks attention and they immediately assigned us a new room (upgraded) room which was appreciated. The neighborhood is up and coming g which has its ups and downs. But we felt safe walking at night to get food at near by restaurants. The Hyatt offers free breakfast which is always appreciated! The staff was friendly and helpful as well.

    Location was great, hotel was clean, check in staff was friendly but tv didn’t work which was fine and also the shower made a squeaking noise. BUT worst part was someone came and knocked on the door at 10:00 then again at 11:00 when I opened the door I was asked “What time are you leaving” check out is at 12..why are you knocking on guests door 2 hour and 1 hour before checkout to notify/question when they are leaving.
