Staff let a beautiful hotel down.
Hotel is beautiful. Deli is great. Housekeeping poor. Reception staff very 'off'. No mention of our anniversary or our first visit to the city. Had to chase dining credits even though I reminded them on check in feed back. No offer of upgrade with being gold, just came across like they couldn't be bothered with international visitors. Nicest people were the valet and deli!
