    I had a very nice time at Hyatt. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. My room was clean and they do take appropriate COVID precautions. It was in a very central location which was helpful with getting around.

    The cleaning was very poor
    The location was ok, eventhough it's by a very busy road in which you can hear the trucks starting at around 5 am, what made me disappointed was the cleaning, it was very poor not only in the room but hallway and elevator. The towels and bedding had a strong smell. Honestly, I'm not staying there again.

    What I found unique about the property was the ability to look right into another apartment and the waving neighbors. My sheets had a coffee stain that was dried up and you can lightly see it. My couch (this was the extra bed) had crumbs from someone eating on the couch and it was in between the joint crevices of the sofa. The upholstery needed to be cleaned and treated. There were a few hairs in the shower upon entry. Other than that, the surrounding area isn’t a tourist place. I’m a local, so, I knew the closest amusement would be going out to eat or visiting target lol. What I didn’t like? I didn’t like the dirty sheets, nor upholstery, bht everything else would have me rate them a 6.5 or a 7 out of 10.
