Love the room.
Staff was so friendly. Always pleasant and very accommodating. They are working wonderfully under a very difficult time. Will definitely be back there!
The staff was very helpful, the room was super clean, and the hotel is in a great location. However, I don't think that they can claim to provide breakfast, because "breakfast" was a bottle of water, a muffin, and a granola bar. I understand that that is due to Covid, but they should just not advertise breakfast during this time instead.
The hotel is super clean, ALL of the staff were extremely friendly and super helpful. Easy access to Two Metro Stations. Wonderful restaurants close by. Walking distance from the Mall & The Smithsonian Museum. This is an incredibly well located hotel for easy access to the DC area.
Loved my stay, the staff was great. I loved the location and how nearby everything was! I loved that you can always grab good coffee in a to-go cup! The only thing that I wasn’t so happy with was the breakfast. I know that it’s a bit complicated right now due to the virus but a premade breakfast sandwich or something more substantial could’ve been better. Other than, I loved being there!
The room was very clean and the staff was extremely friendly. We didn’t have any issues so had no reason to complain. We did request extra towels and those were brought right away
Toilet seat wouldn't stay up. I was told they were in the process of being replaced
"it takes years to build a reputation and seconds to destroy it positive: we were welcomed by very nice staff. rooms were modern and clean. great location. walking distance from the white house etc. definetely would have considered to come back. negative: valet starts at 7am. went downstairs 7.05. was told to look and wait outside for service. no one showed up till 7.20. front desk handed me a key to a parking garage across the street. no further explanation where to look for my car. lost and broke my glasses while crossing the street. found my rental car after walking down to the lowest level. was upset. adressed front desk about this and asked if they would still charge me full amount. answer was a question as an explanation:" did we park the car for you? " "of course", I said. and that was it. to her it meant they fulfilled their part of the deal.
Very comfortable stay. Very reasonable price!
