10/10 Exceptional

This was a very pleasant stay with my partner. The check-in was easy and the staff were very accommodating and friendly. The room I was assigned to was very spacious, CLEAN and the beds were comfortable. The negative reviews did make me nervous but I was glad I was proven wrong. I would absolutely recommend to anyone and will be back!

6/10 Good

This hotel is showing its age, but acceptable for the modest price. Balcony was a plus, but room was cold and heating intermittent.

Great hotel for the price. Excellent bed, everything clean, next to train for easy access to Manhattan 5 min.

6/10 Good

The place needs to be really cleaned. The floors are dirty and the carpets are stained and ugly. The patio chairs are a joke. The staff was excellent. Parking was good. Didn’t have access to balcony.

It's my first time sleeping in NY and the truth is LIC HOTEL is a clean hotel, the receptionist was very friendly, although the central A/C did not work they gave me a laptop and if it worked, and they also give you a breakfast service in the mornings, and it is close to some places to eat, I would definitely go back there

8/10 Very good

The room was cleaner than expected, and the location was very convenient for accessing Manhattan. However, the air conditioner was in poor condition, and the toilet malfunctioned. Overall, it was a decent stay, but the maintenance could be improved.

Nice hotel in good location, just a few minute's walk from the NYC Metro. Safe area with good shops, bars & restaurants nearby. Staff were friendly and helpful and stored our bags for us before our flight.

8/10 Very good

A reasonable budget hotel in a good location close to Dutch Kills and Queensboro stations. If youre on a tight budget this would fit the bill but it's not high end so limit expectations. Air-conditioning is not the best and there was noise coming through the balcony door which didnt fully close. We had a decent continental breakfast included and the staff were nice. Over all it was good value for someone who isnt over fussy.

room was clean and quiet-parking a bit expensive but worth it being in the area-staff was very helpful with early arrival and offering area suggestions for food and other necessities within walking distance
