Do not stay here- go somewhere else.
Customer service- I booked a King room for my fiancé and I and the front desk person said he only had a 2 double bed room available. Not exactly the romantic anniversary trip we had planned. Not to mention he said something along the lines of "you booked through a 3rd party so I can put you wherever I want" which was upsetting, Hotels.com may want to investigate that. There were only a couple of genuinely nice employees in the hotel, most of the front desk staff was not only rude to customers but unbelievably rude to each other. I left an item in the hotel and had to come back a few days later to get it, after confirming with them over the phone that they had it, and the front desk person couldn’t even get through the description of my item before the other staff hung up on him! The lady at the front desk with the purple hair, the housekeeping staff, and the bellman were lovely. Quality- There were several people in the lobby complaining their rooms had no hot water (ours did, thankfully). The photos online do not accurately represent the poor quality of these rooms. The carpets are FILTHY in the hallways and the rooms, the shower curtain was too small to even go across the whole shower bar AND was absolutely disgusting, there appeared to be mold in the bathroom doorway. The beds were so uncomfortable we both had terrible back pain every morning that completely disappeared once we switched hotels. This was the most run down hotel I have stayed at in years.

The staff was absolutely amazing from check-in to checkout. Our curtains wouldn’t close all the way so we went to store to by a clip to hold them closed - However every time we called for room cleaning, towels etc they were prompt and so nice - we stay there because of the location!!

I think it should not have been that much
We had to change rooms because it was not what we paid for dirty no view bathroom was very small no where to put anything shower was so small no shelves or any soap it was a cheap room and we booked a better room with king bed on the 20th floor which cost more.supposed to have a room with a view of times square like it said we changed the room which was beautiful but had to pay 258.19 to get the room we should have had
