It's my second time here. I really like this place, close to the Metro and close to pub and pastry shop

Small, clean, comfortable. Great location. Excellent for this. No frills.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The staff has been very friendly and the environment is great.

Very close to a tube stop on the Piccadilly line, but still quiet and safe. The fan in the room was much appreciated.
Susan, 4-night trip

Hotel was very close to Earls Court Tube, on a quiet road. It is a reasonable hotel for this part of London although a little tired in its decoration. The rooms were small - again normal for London at this price - but clean and the bathroom was spotless with a good shower. The lady on reception couldn't have been more helpful and deserves 5 stars! Will definitely stay there again.

The location is great and is what really sold us, it’s a quick 1-2 min walk to the nearest station and we took the underground everywhere

Great convenient location. Rooms typically small but adequate for this area.

Great location, the rooms very clean and the bed very comfortable. Earl Court station around the corner, nice and calm neighborhood. I stayed with my whole family. The staff very friendly and they let us check in early. Great option to stay.

As always the good location in a quiet street. Stayed here a few times before. Once I had updated myself on the new customerfriendly rules for housekeeping I enjoyed my stay. Only one stop on the tube to High Street Kensington for shopping. Will stay there again.

Excellent, inexpensive hotel near tube
I've stayed here many times and it is always first rate. The hotel is clean, comfortable and the staff is kind and helpful. It is also very near the Earl's Court tube station. Highly recommended.

This is probably the 5th or the 6th time I'm staying at London Town Hotel. Love its proximity to Earl's Court Station. It's in a relatively quiet part of town but not too far from Central London. The Piccadilly line is also connected to Heathrow. Lots of good restaurants around as well.

Convenient and good service
Good location to move around. Close to underground and can access to various lines conveniently. Room space is a bit narrow, but is clean. Service is good with friendly staff.

Not bad
Room was very small for 3 people. Service was very good. A bit run down, not like pictures. In a great location, tube station right around the corner. Many markets and restaurants.
Brenda, 5-night trip

The staff is helpful. Although it is a small hotel, it provides essentials for travelers, and it is nice and comfortable. However, the hairdryer and shower head could be improved. The hairdryer stopped working and then could be used after a while. The shower head could give a bit stronger water.

What a find! LTH provides a clean, efficient room at a steal. While the rooms are small, when traveling all you want is a place to shower and sleep. The hotel is in a safe neighborhood, not more than a 2 minute walk from a convenient underground station (that has a lift and ramps for your luggage), the staff is polite and helpful and the rooms are clean, the mattresses are firm and the bathrooms are newly updated. Earl’s Court station is an easy commute to Heathrow and to all of London’s historic sites.

overall ok, could be improved
Of course it's London we are talking about, but the room was very small, there was hardly space to open the suitcase, and no water/tea/coffee maker in the room (there is a coffee maker in the lobby area, but there was no coffee available when I went there). Overall ok stay, personnel very kind, room very basic but clean, for the price I would expect a bit more sq footage and basic amenities.
Elisa, 2-night trip

Not "the Ritz"... and not Ritz prices. No "public rooms", but I only wanted a nice room, comfortable bed, clean sheets, towels, good shower... and friendly, efficient staff... and got all of that. For less than I would have paid anywhere else on offer. Nice neighborhood, 180 meters easy walk to Earl's Court tube.. but you'd never guess you were that close... in a side street. (Equally close to either end of Earl's Court... just be sure you know which way to turn! Depends on which exit you use from Tube station. Turn right and right again if you come out of EAST end.)
Thomas, 1-night trip

Clean basic room
This is a very basic hotel which comes with a corrisponding low rate. I was given in a solo room in the basement which had a window that opened to the back court. The room location would normally not be ideal, but because there is no AC or fan, it was probably better during the summer because it would cooler than the upstairs rooms. The room was very clean and the twin bed was comfortable. The bathroom was small but modern with plenty of hot water. They do have breakfast for an extra fee, I didn't use it because I preferred to go to nearby cafes. There are lots of restaurants within walking distance which is a plus. I would only recommend staying here, however if you only want a basic place to sleep with no maid service. If you stay here in the summer you risk being uncomfortable if there is a heat wave.

The young lady checked us in was great! Younger girl came on duty after wasn’t pleasant! We asked for washcloths she said they were put in your room cause they checked! We asked next morning the girl from first day said they don’t supply washcloths and if we wanted we would have to go elsewhere and purchase them! I thought maybe was their culture but found out it wasn’t! Not sure why any hotel will not supply? Also night clerk our key button messed up asked the older gentleman if could be fixed he said I don’t know wasn’t friendly at all so once again asked the young lady next morning she took care of the issue but says he is nice( we didn’t see that) only 2 things about hotel we liked was location. And the one young lady! Would appreciate to know why a hotel will not supply washcloths?
