Clean and close to downtown but pricey
Clean but way overpriced. You’re paying for location which could be better too. There’s no breakfast and no pool which are both falsely advertised. The valet only parking is $50 a night for guests who are already paying to stay there. Seems ridiculous you are charging people to park their car at the place they are already paying to stay at. We stayed at a much cheaper hotel the night before and were more impressed with the quality of that hotel than this one. The doors to the bathroom didn’t close without jamming them shut and yanking to pull them open. The elevator doors do not wait for people to get on or off and continue to close on you even if you try to hold them open. Which is really frustrating and almost impossible to get a cart or stroller in without getting pinched in the door. Not to mention trying to help children on or off. Staff was friendly and helpful but having to wear a mask in the hotel was super annoying. Overall I would probably not stay here again. To sum it up... Pros: Friendly staff Clean Close to downtown Cons: Expensive room rates Pricey Valet parking only No pool No breakfast Masks Required in the hotel Frustrating elevators

March on Washington.
Hotel just opened back so a lot of the amenities were not available. No gym, no breakfast bar, and the staff was running ragged meeting the guests needs. Thr staff was amazing and very willing to meet the needs of the guest.

Poor 2.0
I have booked this hotel several times through Expedia. When you do you will always be given the worse room on the floor. I was kept awake all night from the noise of the elevators and called to seek a new room for a second night stay. They refused to move even though they show that they have rooms. If this had happened one visit I would say it was an accident, but this has happened on more than one occasion. The hotel is in a unique location for my business which is too bad as I do not have alternatives.
