I arrived at 10pm to check in (traveling alone) I was told someone had already checked into my room. I had to wait in lobby so the receptionist could figured it out. He was very kind.I was finally was put in another room. Just late and I wanted to go to bed.

Cockroaches in the room
The room is conveniently equipped with refrigerator, coffee machine and microwave. Overall, the place is old and requires upgrade. There were cockroaches in our room. After being reported, the room service came and sprayed the room, but it was not comfortable to sleep in the room knowing that they are there.

Room was disgusting had stains on all of the sheets and blankets room smelled horrible bathroom was so nasty I wore my flip flops while taking a shower bathroom had dried up buggers on the wall so bad that my husband tried to wipe them off and the paint came off definitely do not recommend

Absolutely horrible experience. First room we were given had a broken door lock. Second room smelled like smoke. Third room had five roaches running on the floor as soon as we opened the door. Had to leave and book another hotel last minute. Do not recommend.

Breakfast was non-existent
It was affordable, clean, and convenient. The walls were patched but not repainted in our room. We went down for breakfast at 8:30am on Saturday and the only food there was cuties and packages of small muffins. Also, the front door is NOT handicap accessible.

The rating is all from NO INTERNET - If it had internet I would give it a 6. I also didn't like the manager telling me it was only a temporary thing. Everything else was about what you would expect from a 4.5 rating. My room was ok for comfort, nice TV, AC struggled to keep me cool... it was Florida... my room did not look like that image for sure

“I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience here was extremely disappointing. The customer service was terrible, and I felt completely overlooked and disregarded during my stay. I expected much better from a hotel of this caliber. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving both the service and guest experience moving forward.”

Clean, safe, but no breakfast
The room was clean. The receptionist was friendly. Check-in was quick. The parking lot felt safe. I just was disappointed that breakfast was not offered even though there were several signs advertising breakfast 6-9 AM. Take the signs down if breakfast is not served.

Went here last minute during Hurricane Helene. Power was out and my kids are both severely autistic and the young man at the front desk got me right in and a room above the cafe so as not to disturb other residents of the facility. He did not have to do that but he did. Very grateful for the staff. Thank you again for helping save my sanity.
