I am extremely dissatisfied with my recent experience with the Embassy Suites by Hilton Chicago Downtown Magnificent Mile. Upon check-in, I was assigned a room that was immediately unacceptable due to numerous cleanliness issues, including blood on the toilet paper, dirty and stained towels, rusted tub conditions, and unclean furniture. I was reassigned to another room that was equally unsatisfactory, with similar cleanliness problems, stained furniture, and unvacuumed floors.
When I requested to speak with a manager, I was told none were available, which only added to my frustration. Given the lack of response from both staff and management, I was forced to leave the hotel immediately. This experience was completely unacceptable.
