The price I paid through hotels.com turned out to be over $100 more than what they were quoting at check-in and even more than what the airlines (United) were paying for delayed passengers. I feel ripped-off. Also, the hotel needs a complete renovation. The rugs were dirty, my room (a non-smoking room) reeked of cigarette smoke and the bathtub/shower stall was moldy.
My wife and i enjoyed our stay and can't wait to come back the view of the ramp is breathtaking. We were both glad we decided to stay here
Amazing
No Bottle Water offered or in room. Slow Check-in and no real care for needs.
I was hoping for water bottles in the room and the ability to get a drink or food after 10pm.
The hotel was convenient for flying out of O'Hare, but the food at the hotel was not good and the bathroom was in need of repair.
The original key didn’t work. The room was so hot so we tried turning the air on. That only blew even hotter. We called the front desk and they said they would someone up. After over an hour of waiting we had to get to sleep for an early morning flight. We had to sleep with the window open which messed with my wife’s allergies. The bathroom is small and mattress lumpy. Not impressed.
Overnight stay for a layover in Chicago. Beds were comfy, room was clean. My only complaint is that we were very hungry from traveling all day the restaurant closed at 9pm which was about the time we got there. We got food from the market. I got an Italian sub and had it warmed up and my daughter the grilled cheese. Both were disgusting. Mine tasted like it was old and was hard and the grilled cheese like it had been sitting around for a long time. We couldn't find anywhere that delivered to the hotel. Besides the food issue the stay was convenient and good.
The property is nice and is located right at the airport so it's very convenient. The rooms are nice and clean.
