Very honest and reliable stay in Liverpool. Breakfast was good, with enough variety to start the day well. The lounge area had a lively, family-friendly atmosphere (though that may have been helped by the fact that it was Liverpool match day) The location was excellent, just a few steps from Albert Dock and less than 5 minutes from Liverpool ONE, a full shopping center with plenty of stores, restaurants, and a major bus hub to easily get anywhere in the city. Also very close to The Beatles statue. The room was compact but functional for a couple.

Breakfast was pleasant and fresh. Staff were lovely and helpful. Location was pretty good near the dock and just a short walk to Liverpool One. As in all these places you occasionaly get noisy idiots/kids and dis-respectful adults who make noise after 10pm but that is now a societal problem. But the IBIS i would recommend.
