Great service. Amazing location just 5 minutes from plaza San Marco. We spent 2 nights. The A/C in the room was too load during the 1st night so they upgraded us the next day to an amazing mini suite for no charge! The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and helped us with useful information about public transportation and restaurants. Breakfast was very nice! We’ll surely be back !

Beautiful old world charm hotel with a super modern and spacious room and bathroom. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was more than we expected. This hotel is very close to the water taxi which is very important when you’re carrying luggage. Finally the rooftop terrace was amazing and a can’t miss spot.

Such a great hotel! The front desk staff are excellent, all friendly and helpful. The hotel and our bedroom were beautiful and the rooftop deck was such a nice bonus to the hotel experience. Watching the sunset from there was beautiful. Everything was in very good condition. The daily breakfast was wonderful! The breakfast buffet was delicious with an unending variety of options. The hotel is in a good location and is easy to find. It’s on a street with a lot of foot traffic during the day but quiet at night. The hotel is a 5-10 minute walk to the vaporetto and Saint Marks Square.
