Great Solo Vacation - Stellar Staff!
I had a wonderful experience for this stay. It is my second time in Club Quarters (first time was Chicago). I had a spacious room, great view to people watch (room 807), and it was in walking distance of grocery stores to get things to store in the mini fridge. The staff were very kind and emphasized the importance of safety, temperature checks, and there were hand sanitizing stations everywhere. I felt safe entering and exiting the hotel. I would recommend for anyone who is looking to sightsee near the White House compound. Also, please make sure to tip kindly for hotel staff working hard to ensure safety for customers. I am sure the extra support will make an incredible difference in their lives.

UNSAFE / RUDE / UNCOMFORTABLE
We were treated like our stay was their imposition. After 3 trips to the front desk for directions to the parking garage, we were finally given more specifics. I suppose they had no control over the noise all night and squatters outside the entrance.

Overcharging
My issue is that I'm still being charged by the hotel for 3 nights or if the 4 that i stayed there. When i booked through a third party for 3 or if 4 of those nights. And now my bank account is overdrawn by $170 and no one has tried to fix it. They said it was for late checkout, but i revoked the room so why am I still being charged for late checkout and another night?

Good 6.0
This hotel is a nice location to downtown attractions for tourist. I also loved how we had to have our temperature checked upon entry to the hotel. However, I did not enjoy having a broke TV for the entirety of our stay, dirty towels, having to reach out multiple times, and being told the manager was too busy at the moment we wanted to speak and that she would call our room once free—she never called our room to discuss our grievances by the way. Someone at the front desk did let us know they had just reopened a week prior and was short staffed, but a simple call back from the manager would have made a world’s difference. Overall, I will probably never stay here again.
