You will be within walking distance from the exciting Tempe nightlife. Because of the proximity to the ASU Tempe campus, there are many different places to eat & have a few drinks. This location could not be more convenient. We are in close proximity to public transportation, Lively Mill Avenue, downtown Tempe, and ASU Tempe Campus.The Sun Devil Stadium is in close proximity so if sports are your thing, you're not far from the action! If you'd prefer something more lowkey, the riverside is perfect for you!Getting Around:Lively Mill Avenue, downtown Tempe, and ASU Tempe Campus.Other Things to Note:This area is in a gorgeous university town, and although our home is in a quiet area, please keep in mind that at certain times a year there are quite a few students around.The beds are on the firm side, so I wouldn't recommend taking a giant leap onto them (even though it will be tempting!)The LG TV has FREE ACCESS to PREMIUM TV CHANNELS.
