Great hotel with fantastic staff
From checking in to checking out all the staff went the extra mile to ensure my stay was perfect. The breakfast was superb and the local sausages were the best I have ever had. Would highly recommend this lovely hotel. Only bad part was driving into the car park and hearing on the news that our gracious queen had passed away. Special mention for Brooke in the restaurant for her excellent knowledge and recommendations on the food and for the fantastic pint of Guinness.

Was ok but scandalously over priced . £200 for a a distinctly average room . Food in ‘restaurant’ pub food at restaurant prices . Bar expensive. Hotel would have been ok at half the price. Beware tho. 2.5 miles out of town and taxis are not easy to get in Antrim

First time in Belfast
The hotel was easy to find from the airport.. The parking was a bit difficult as they had business functions going on so limited parking spaces… The staff were very friendly and happy to help with any problems… Rooms are not sound proofed at all as the man in the next room had his tv on all night on a high volume…. The rooms are very dated and could do with a bit of a facelift… The food in the restaurant was very nice and the portions were good… The hotel was pretty central for going out and visiting places… Our overall stay was fine but nothing out of this world…
