Great location for Tempe Center for the Arts, ASU, and Tempe Town Lake. Secured parking garage was an added plus. The apartment was very spacious, had all the necessities, and was very clean. WiFi was fast so I was able to work from the apartment with ease. I would definitely stay here again if another conference brings me to Tempe.

It was a really nice property in a good area with a beautiful view. The pool and grilling areas were nice and clean. My only complaint is that it was a little dirty when we got there the carpet and couches had pet hair on them as well as the floor and the bedrooms. Other besides that the beds and bathrooms were clean all of the beds were comfortable. I would and definitely will be staying here again on my next trip.

This was a wonderful apartment, perfect for longer stays and those who enjoy cooking and feeling more at home while on vacation. It was all in great condition, filled with many basic amenities (pans, pots, salt, pepper, basic kitchen tools) The pool is awesome and the apartment building is very nice. It was amazing having a washer and dryer and they even supplied detergent pods which was lovely! I would absolutely stay here again, and recommend to any one who wants bigger place for their stay!

Customer service is very helpful and communicates quickly to helpnwith all your needs. It is a very nice clean apartment. Only thing is they do early morning maintenance on the yard/pool area about 6am so if your bedroom is by yhe window it will wake you up but that is the price your pay for a very clean maintained yard. All in all it was a very good and comfortable stay.

1st: you will have to put your credit card information into another website to register and either pay an additional non refundable fee or a very large deposit (that should be listed on the Hotels.com app. Getting into the building was a bit of a hassle. You had to use codes to get in through the garage, and of course the system was down. Had to wait for someone exiting to let us in. Then you get the key fob and then go repark the car since you need it to get in the garage. We booked 4 people (certainly don’t book 4 adults, the pullout was barely large enough for 2 kids) They only gave us 3 towels, a top sheet and a dirty comforter for the pullout. Contacted right away to at least get enough towels and pillows and was told they couldn’t bring them until morning! Very, very late morning. And we never did receive pillows. On the plus side, the location is fantastic, the common areas were really well kept except for the heater was not working on the hot tub. The apartment was pretty clean, although I did have to wash the duvet cover and sheet, and the living room chair was disgusting, but the kitchen, bathroom and bedroom were nice and clean.

Communication from the host on checkin info was awesome! Apartment was well appointed. The floors needed to be cleaned and the apartment dusted, but was otherwise clean. The complex itself was in need of a thorough cleaning, the hallway carpets and elevator floors were very dirty. The bed was beyond firm as was the couch.
