The hotel is beautiful and my room was very clean and comfortable. However, I was billed for *something* a few days after I checked out (as there were no actual details about the purchase in the transaction record). I was still in New Orleans, so I walked over to the front desk to inquire about the additional charge, but wasn't given anything like a satisfactory answer, so I successfully disputed it through my credit card.

We had a wonderful time, Chris H., Irish, LaShunde H. and the bar tender gave excellent customer service. The hotel was exquisite in its choice of decor and the artist that provided wall mural paintings and sculptures were amazing and mesmerizing. Chris H. went above and beyond average customer service.
