Family holiday
We were lucky as our room was available upon arrival, we checked in before 3pm. Just an advice bring cash with you as you have to pay deposit for the pool towels. The hotel was full but we managed to get a sunbed everyday, two poools and slides that amazed the kids. They have a variety of activities for adults and for children, the kids club is an option if you have smaller children. Hotel as a couple of pharmacies nearby and a supermarket. I strongly suggest the all inclusive as the food and variety is value for money. Beach is just walking distance. If you have a late flight the Hotel provides at no cost a room so you can take a shower, there is also a secure bag room to leave your bags. (Ask at reception for details) Hotel cares about the environment: you have a water fountain on each floor to refill the glass bottle in your room. And the most important Staff is very friendly and they are really helpful.

Brilliant hotel with lots of outside space, the pools are excellent. Staff very helpful and polite, hotel is kept spotless as well. We had breakfast only and were very happy with the choices on offer. Would definitely stay again

Excellent location for walking on boardwalk with all the little shops and restaurants. Cleaning ladies were amazing and very friendly, however the front desk staff when we checked in was not at all. No coffee in room or anywhere in the hotel if you are an early riser. I wouldn't stay here again mostly because of the unfriendly staff and lack of explanations of anything like parking, resort credits, etc..
