I filtered by "Parking Included" arrived and it was £15 per day. I asked for a later checkout, they were not very accommodating and the guy on reception was a bit rude which considering hardly anyone was at the hotel due to covid I thought was very poor. From start to finish not a great experience. Definitely not worth the price tag. Won't be returning any time soon. The manager Jo who came in the next day was delightful and the only credit to this hotel.

Horrendous. We are a family of 4 with two young children, its currently 5 past midnight and there is clearly a party going on in the room opposite us. It's so loud. I feel too intimidated to call reception because they sounds like real nasty prices of work the way they are screaming and shouting. Plus the fact that during a pandemic it's clearly an illegal gathering which makes me wonder what's gone on in our own room before we have arrived. I feel unsafe.

In these very difficult times for the hospitality industry, all the staff at the Crown Plaza Liverpool were an absolute delight. Nothing was too much trouble, and they all did with a smile behind the mask. What is a real shame is some of the guests cannot behave with the same amount of class. Carrying a mask, but not wearing it for example. None of the staff deserve to have to tell people to wear a mask, and for those who were not wearing one, you are not that special.
