Was great!
Hotel is very clean. Location isn’t really good for walking to monuments and such but it’s a quiet area.
So, the lady at the recepetion desk was wearing a BLM mask. I dont care if it's a liberal city, leave your politics and support for a terrorist organization at home. Disgusting. Second, the 2 beds were NOT queens. I laid for a 2 queen room. That is misleading. Third, we picked this place because it had a restaurant. We didnt know it was closed until we got there.
The hotel room itself was a bit dated. It could have used a new air conditioning unit, but the staff made the stay AMAZING. The treated us like guest at a 5-Star hotel. I was so unbelievably impressed with the staff that I will likely stay here again on my next visit to DC. Rita was the person I dealt with the most there and she was AMAZING. The security staff was amazing. The other two members of the staff I interacted with were amazing. Though I was said almost everything around the hotel, including the hotel restaurant, was all closed, these hotel staff members made up for it with the best hospitality I have ever experienced. Thank you all!
Stay was normal without any problems. Be aware they have no restaurants open nor room service.
The hotel was fine it was the employees that were not fine. We were there for a TRUMP rally and they treated us like crap.
Average hotel. Uncomfortable beds. Didn’t clean room because of COVID.
The hotel was okay. The AC in the room was very loud, the TV channels were mediocre. The bed was comfortable the room was spacious and the bathroom was plain. I appreciated having a 24 hour little market store in the lobby for snacks and drinks. The staff were all very nice and friendly. The biggest issue was that the weekend I stayed there was a “Proud Boy” rally and the hotel was overrun by MAGA hats. It felt like I was staying at a Klan rally and as a Jewish person felt incredibly unsafe. Worst of all I felt bad for all the good workers who had to deal with this as well. I’ve never felt in danger at a hotel before.
Perfect location near the mall with very convenient parking and kind staff.
