Generally it's good
When we leave, housekeeper staff have conversations loudly and commenting about how guest made mess at theb room with unfavorable words. I'm not sure how to react infront of my young child.

Very nice clean hotel. Could use larger bath towels in the rooms. Disappointing the pool and hot tub closed early duevto bacteria levels

Amazing as always. Staff is always friendly and do go above and beyond to help you out with what you need.
The only downfall is since this is now a popular hotel, peak times for the elevator leaves you waiting a little as there are 2. Other hotels have the same issue, just the only downfall

Winter Getaway
Waited a bit for check-in, but quickly done
Had to get out in the cold to let the front desk know they didn't have parking for us on night two. (We paid for onsite $25.) Waited about 10min outside in winter for the worker to track down a guy to move his car. Hot water showers, but sink tap took a while to turn warm. Clean rooms. Great view. It would be good to have enough shampoo/conditioner/towels for five people without having to ask for more. Excellent location!

It was all okay. Vending machines only accepted Canadian coins. The elevators were constantly a long wait. Not enough parking at the hotel. Nice front desk staff. The room was clean and exactly as advertised.

Extra Costs
Had to spend an extra $25 for on-site overnight parking which is pretty ridiculous.
I was there on a Thursday, not even a “busy” weekday and had to spend $140 for 1 night which is so unreasonable especially for the middle of December. Requested a crib in advance yet it was rushed into the room after we arrived
