Stayed with two friends for the marathon and it was perfect for us. Everywhere is walkable and it was handy having a fridge. The kitchenette looked to contain most stuff you'd need but we didn't use it. Shower was nice and big As stated, the room does include a coffee maker (pod machine) but no pods are provided so you need to bring your own, think it was a Nespresso.

It was really really cold and damp in the room, so the towels never got dry and all our clothes and sheets where damp. When I asked about it they told me that the heat (they didn't tell me this when I checked in) didn't work and the manager would contact me and they couldn't do anything about it. It was also very loud from the street, people standing and screaming all night, so we had a hard time to sleep ( not just because it was cold)
