While the hotel is very new, the rooms are large and it has some nice amenities, it has a ways to go in terms of it's service. When I checked in my room was not properly cleaned, there were cigarettes left in the room in a glass, there was zero shower products and a half empty hand soap container. Although they waived 2 nights of the amenity fee, things did not get any better through my stay. I waited an additional 5 hours to get the room properly restocked, and they never refreshed / cleaned the room as they had promised the next day. I stayed an additional week at the hotel and the house keeping services continued to be sub par. They only clean every other day and it's always an argument over whether you're allowed to have it cleaned a given day and whether you're allowed to have your bed sheets changed. I'm pretty sure they only ever changed my bed sheets once during my 1.5 week stay. When they did clean the room, they continued to not refill shower products, and several times just made the bed and gave me towels, not actually cleaning the room.

Birthday at Biscayne Bay
My seat great, I didn’t really know anything about the property except that it was near Biscayne Bay. The staff was very helpful and prompt, from the doorman to the front desk to the housekeeping staff. I thoroughly enjoyed the bayside studio and all the amenities of that space. The location was what drew me and it didn’t disappoint, I close the shops, restaurants and various tour options.

Great location and stay!
Never had been to Miami and wanted a place to stay in close proximity to the Kaseya Center. The hotel was amazing with a very simple walk to the arena. The Bayside Marketplace was a bonus with restaurants, bars and shops.
