Shop around

First and foremost be warned, there is NO valet parking or on site parking but you pay $31.00 to park yourself a block away from the hotel in a lot that is normally $10 for parking per the sign out front. And parking is limited, when checking in the lady at the desk instructed the others there was no more parking available so what other guests are expected to do is beyond me. Bed was comfortable, floor was sticky, room is pretty bare and not homey at all, with the shower floor of the tiny bathroom looking like it hadn't been scrubbed in awhile. They charge $5 for each key card not returned on top of the parking and resort fee. Our "city view" was of a construction site. Beach access was nice, pool area looked nice when we walked through. Overall i would choose elsewhere next time especially for what we paid vs what we got compared to surrounding hotels.
