Great hotel for low-maintenance guests
The location is amazing, very central to everything and with surprisingly large rooms for this price point in London. The way they make that possible is by not providing housekeeping by default and not having a traditional front desk. Instead, everything is arranged via What's App and email and you could easily go through a stay here without seeing anyone. This makes it a love it or hate it kind of place but for us, it was perfect! We rarely need to interact with the hotel staff and are very low-maintenance guests, so we didn't want anything besides a comfortable and secure room, which this provided. We did talk to the one on-site person a few times and they were always friendly and helpful. The good cafe next door and the pub on the corner were also nice pluses. Big thumbs up and we'd definitely stay there again!

Perfect Central London Hotel
Loved the stay at Numa. Perfect central location with Metro down the street. Also super walkable to Soho, Bond Street, Marylebone. Room is small but doesn’t feel claustrophobic, great clean modern bathroom. Heating and Air work great! Which can be tricky traveling. A great perk is having Gail Bakery downstairs which you receive a discount for staying at the hotel. Would recommend Numa to friends and stay again!

While the room itself is ok and the area is convenient, there was no fridge in the room (which is fine because I must have read that in the description). Will never stay here again. On line registration was onerous. I wanted an iron as I had an important meeting the following day and that took ages to fix. Initially Numa suggested staff would be in by 0930. Expensive and impersonal.
