Roach Motel
The hot water almost never worked, I found two roaches in the bathroom, and the air conditioner only served to keep the room lukewarm. The staff didn't help when we contacted them about the hot water problem either. Combine all of that with the moldy smell and sticky carpets and you have a certified roach motel.

It was conveniently located, the pool area was neat and tidy. The hot tub could have been hotter. The room was clean and comfortable, but the kitchen didn't have an egg flipper so we made scrambled eggs. But everything in the room work great. Always good to have two TV's, in the 1 bedroom suite.

It was a terrible experience I ever had. Room was dirty, air vent was a lot of dust. Carpet was nasty. It was someone throwing up and not clean just used bes skirt to hide. Water heater have problem. Seriously hotel was obsolete. Will not be back ever.

This place is awful. Location is not good. The hotel room was dirty and very poorly kept. We were told they had no housekeeping. We called down for more towels and toilet paper 3 times, and never received them. After the third time we went down to the main desk and asked for them again and were very rudely told they had them down there for us. But never called to let us know that. No hot water for two of our showers. There is no safety features for hotel guest as far as a key to get up the elevator so anyone could come up the elevator to your floor and break into your room. Poor location with nothing surrounding it. Rude front desk staff. Pool and hot tube were dirty. The price draws you in but that is because it is an awful hotel, wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy.
