Efficient service
The room was clean and mattress was comfortable. The only problem we had was there was a lot of cold air coming in from the window and heater, so much that the room wouldn't get warm. Front desk offered to give us a different room, but Peter from maintenance fixed the problem right away

I liked how the room was pretty clean It was lots of space which was good the bathroom was clean no issues there The comfort of the bed though is really bad I won’t be staying here again from the comfort don’t get me wrong I was happy with how clean it was but for comfort I would say was a 0 The sheets were so thin u just froze all night The bed is so hard and stiff The mattress feels like a brick right when u lay down on it My back felt broken when I woke up I barely slept from it I had to keep waking up and walking around Overall the walls are very thin that we heard people partying next to us all night all the way tell 6am loud music, yelling, banging stuff around The only good thing with this stay is I would say clean But if you want to sleep comfortably or peacefully I wouldn’t stay here

We stayed December 30th-Jan 1st 24/25. Place was okay .. very dated for the price,. Beds, weren't that comfortable. It felt like it had a dip in the middle. The internet was awful, I had to use my data. Had the TV on but it kept pausing and the connection just kept coming in and out. We did call the front desk, and he said, the internet was a problem because of the high volume of people in the hotel, which I think is bs. As far as the tv, they said that they would come up and reboot it. But that didn't make it any better. Well, I was in the shower the air conditioning cover fell off and scared the crap out of us. It was one of those huge old air conditioners, we thought something would crawl out of it if we didn't get that cover, put back on!! We weren't touching it. I did try to post some pictures we took of the room but for some reason it won't let me. The staff was nice, well at least the guy that came in and put the cover back on air-conditioner (duct tape .. just saying lol) For the price we payed I expected at least internet lol. Would I stay there again? For that price and the dated shape of the place .. probably not.

Just okay
The room was economical so as always you get what you pay for, but I was not expecting the $17+tax for parking. I assumed parking was included, it wasn’t clear during the booking, it says “parking available” with no price. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean, a bit of patch work on drywall, and there was a fan in the air conditioner but no air. I’m not sure if they disabled it, but it appeared broken to me. No microwave just a mini fridge. Only issue was the hair dryer, the fan cover fell off and the fan grabbed my hair, I had to go to a salon get the huge knot out of my hair. No compensation, just an apology and another hair dryer. It seems they do as little as possible for maintenance. Breakfast is available for a reasonable price but most places include it. It’s a good location for adults walking to amusements and food, probably not walking distance for kids. So for me it was good to just leave my car and walk so I didn’t pay anymore parking.

A nice getaway
It was a great place to rest after walking around Niagara Falls the people at the front desk were very polite and answered a couple of questions, room was very clean and the beds are very comfortable with all the pillows, will be back again
