We had to move rooms because of the Heater would not turn off and room was 90+ . After letting them know we are staying in this room they had us change to another room that was bigger suite. The new room smelled of smoke and had a puddle of water on the side of the bed. They did not care to address the problem only give 45 USD in money back. Not good.

The view from our room was amazing. The only hiccup was at checkin as their marching that makes the keys for the rooms wasn’t working. The managers stepped in and they made the best of a bad situation. All in all they were great and the staff was very accommodating.

Great location and why we stayed here because we were able to park at the casino for free (I have a card) and walk through a tunnel to get to so many places which was nice because it rained all weekend. Otherwise, parking is expensive and off site-if you’re not purchasing valet. The pool is nice but the water is FREEZING. You have to reserve your pool time which sucks if you want to be spontaneous. US CAN view kinda sucks because you see the top of old run down buildings. I’d pay extra for just Canadian falls view next time. It’s much better. The room, although nice needs minor repairs like the loose shower faucet and toilet paper holder. Theres no robes in the room even though you have a whirlpool. I feel a Hilton can afford to provide robes There’s lots of elevators and they’re big and quick so that’s ok. The spyce lounge is being renovated so a new lounge is open for now. That was a sad surprise. The lounge does not compare but it’s something. Front desk staff could be a little friendlier in my opinion. We pay a lot of money to stay here a smile and friendlier service would be appreciated. Overall

2/10 Poor

My room was not ready for check in at 5pm. They asked me to wait. I asked for another room that was ready. They gave me an upgraded room that was ready. When we went to the room and opened the door, it had someone else’s luggage and belongings strewn about. We went back down and complained and were finally given an unoccupied room and a promise that the hotel parking my friend had paid for would be comped as an apology for the poor experience checking in. Upon checkout the parking had not been comped and I once again had to deal with the front desk to get the parking comped. Overall the experience at the Hilton was completely unprofessional and I won’t be staying at that hotel again.

The room is newly renovated overlooking both the US and Canadian Niagara falls. My only suggestion is to put a blind by the washroom jacuzzi tub so that it does not disturb the people sleeping at night.

Worse Hilton stay
We arrive around 6pm and found one bed to bed broken and room to be too hot. We were unable to adjust air. We called front desk reported issues and we told they would fix. We went out and returned after 1am room steaming hot and bed was never fixed. Called again and ended up having to change rooms. We were exhausted and had to pack and move. The next am when showering there was no body wash and the shower door leaked, the bathroom was soaked. We spoke to front desk, they apologized and said we’d some Kind of credit. We have not.

New lobby and elevator, room
The room was depressing. Old kicked around furniture. The couch was derelict and disgusting. The view was as advertised. Multiple texts from the property asking how things are going, but dont really matter much when they do nothing. I guess all the rooms are the same since they didt offer another room. They did mention that they are going to renovate which does not matter for the present time. They eventually gave a small credit. Dissappointing for 500 a night. We were surprised by the condition of the room based on the beautiful lobby and elevator area. We dont sleep there though.
