Our stay here was awful and I genuinely hope someone from management contacts me. We stayed here for New Year’s Eve. Great location, that’s about it. Our first room was actually decent, beds were nice and comfy. At slightly after 1am we were woken by the sound of running water, our bathroom had a very steady stream of water coming from the ceiling. We called front desk to let them know, and maintenance came up to look at it, and let us know we would be moving rooms. He was very pleasant and apologetic. We understand this was out of their control (maybe). We packed our things and were moved up a floor (12th). Upon coming into the room, I noticed some garbage on the floor and a random tangerine beside the bed. I was too tired to call down again and just wanted some rest. The beds were awful and very springy, compared to the first room we were in. Upon waking in the morning, I went to get changed near the bed we hadn’t used as that’s where my bag was. I went to step into my pants and my foot slightly touched the under end of the bed. I pulled my foot up as I felt a paper type fabric touch it— thought nothing of it (thought maybe Kleenex). Pulled it off my foot and realized it was a used pad with light discharge on it. I was absolutely disgusted. We did let front desk know, but I am so grossed out. The girl at the front was sweet about it. But, I cannot believe how terrible the experience was after switching rooms. I do have photos as well, but unsure people want to see that.

I booked a king bed room and when checked-in was told that the room is not ready and they gave me a 2 queen bed room, and was told it is a better room free of charge but it was not as we did not need two rooms, but wanted the king bed room and not queen bed! The hotel was very basic and busy, waited more than 45 mins in line to check in. The view was the only good thing which we paid for it!

Very Poor hotel that needs to be renovated!
Giving the time I went the day after Boxing Day I expected it to be busy checking in,BUT we waited over 40 mins to check in. They had 2 people behind the desk! Our room had a jacuzzi tub that was dirty and very unwelcoming. Overall of the room is very outdated and had a moldy smell. The only good part about the room was the view and the big bed. Later in the day all you smell in the lobby is the chlorine from the pool. I would not recommend staying here!!
