Poor experience in a low level hotel.
It’s a really, really simple hotel, with a clear lack of maintenance, a poor breakfast with a long line to try to get some food. We had to go 3 times to the reception because the keys didn’t worked.

Needs a facelift
The floors were very dirty. Carpets in the bedrooms were disgusting. The TV only had one channel. Very outdated.

Be careful. On our last night at exact 1125pm, a voice of a man knocking our door for cleaning. Like!! What?? At midnight. It’s scary, so I’ve talked to staff in the morning and they did apologize. They clearly said, cut off for cleaning is 10pm. And one more thing, one woman staff with a curly hair rolled her eyes on us while me and my daughter waiting for the elevator.

Hot water
Oh well our first night when we arrived we ask the desk attendant if they have hot water to make soup but the attendant told me to get hot water from the washroom tub thats so unhealthy and disgusting…i think you should put some kettle on the breakfast place for overnight…and please tell your desk attendant to be more nice and pleasant.

You book this hotel to be close to the action at Niagara Falls. Everything is at walking distance. Kinda old, carpets everywhere even in the hallway. Rooms are okay. Not very well isolated since you can hear your neighbours noise. Breakfast brunch was good. Staff is friendly.

Mediocre
Got a room with a jetted tub. There was no way the tub was ever going to be used. The hotel itself was clean and staff was pleasant. Breakfast was very busy with a long line but it was a good selection. One employee on breakfast duty was miserable. There was a little area for coffee, seperate from the food line. I went over and got 2 coffees and 1 other girl was there getting her coffee. The place was packed with every table being occupied at this time. I went over and got 2 coffees and was putting cream in them when this ill tempered woman comes over and mutters something. I didnt catch it and looked at her and said pardon? She looked right in my face and said, you should take those coffees back to your table and do that. There was nobody at the coffee station and like i told her, i dont have a table to do this at. She was just hating her life, idk. Just be aware......shes around lol

Does not worth the price
It was clean but a bit old. Heater a bit noisy and took a long time to heat up the room. Tiny swimming pool. Breakfast could have been better, no snacks, fruits, yogurt.

Okay
It was a little deceiving . They showed a water park in the ads and I thought this was part of the hotel. The rooms were very dated but clean as far as we could tell. Okay place to stay if you are on a budget

Not the worst place I ever stayed
Check-in was pleasant, over-all hotel was okay. The hotel is in a great location, has a nice pool/ bistro inspired area which was great for the team to hang out around. Unfortunately the hotel has not had many updates since the 80's. carpets are worn and stained, bathroom fixtures are worn and stained. This hotel could be a gem with some cosmetic upgrades

Enjoyed our stay
Water park plus accommodations for family of 4. Picked this motel for the free pkg, breakfast and price. Check-in was quick. We had a ground floor double queen room which had clean, comfy beds. TV had minimal channels, which was no bother as we were there for the waterpark. Walkable to many restaurants and attractions. Decent breakfast with eggs, sausages, breads, cereals, and juices. Coffee and tea available all day. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.
