Executive Residency is a perfect choice!
Great staff, very welcoming. Hot tub was a perfect temperature, pool was nice too. Our room was perfect for us. The bed was very comfortable and we had a great sleep. The couch with chaise was comfortable for watching tv. The kitchenette and table were a nice addition to the room. Definitely would recommend for a longer stay. The bathroom was big and bright with a fantastic shower! The breakfast was delicious and definitely worth the extra price. There was many options for every type of breakfast you could want. The made to order omelettes were also great. I have no complaints about this hotel at all! Very modern and well maintained property.

Service for the shuttle was excellent. We arrived late at night. The hotel sent the shuttle promptly. The gentleman picking us up was clean, friendly and very helpful. When we arrived at the hotel check in with seamless. Our room was clean. We were able to walk to neighbouring Restaurant and receive food. Other amenities were within walking distance. The beds were super comfortable. It was an excellent day.

The pick up from the airport was seamless. The driver was amazing. Check-in was seamless. The beds are super comfortable. Our sweet room had everything we needed, including a dishwasher. A nice little table to play cards at. Walking distance to several restaurants and other services without having to walk on busy streets. Convenient 7-Eleven close by. Tim Hortons.

I recently stayed on the first floor and had several issues with my room. Firstly, there was no adequate curtain to block the light coming in from the parking lot. While there was a blind on the window, it was transparent and did little to prevent the light from entering the room, which made it difficult to rest comfortably. Additionally, the wall AC controller was not functional. It could only be operated from the unit itself, which I mentioned to the front desk, but unfortunately, it was not addressed during my stay. Finally, the remote control for the TV was missing its battery cover, which felt like an oversight in room maintenance. Overall, I was disappointed with these conditions, as they affected my comfort and experience. I hope these issues can be addressed for future guests. Thank you for your attention to these matters.
