Got in around 9am on a Saturday and surprisingly they had a room available. Upon check in they gave us 2 free breakfast buffet coupons. Staff texted me throughout our stay to see if everything was ok and if we needed anything. Fantastic stay and close and walking distance to Sea World and Aquatica! The pools were great. Loved the music playing at the Lagoon pool. They also had a DJ and grilled tacos on Saturday. Our room was clean and beds were comfortable. Next time I will ask for a tower room, or if I have to be in the villas, I would request to be on the back side of the villas. It was very loud being in front by the parking lot. Will definitely stay again.
