"Excellent property that has recently been renovated. Staff are plentiful in the entry & reception areas and are all very accommodating & helpful, actively seeking to help. The location over looks the cathedral & from both ground level & roof top bar the view is beautiful. No negatives for this visit and would recommend to others. "

"Great location and helpful staff. Only negatives were the elevators were a bit slow and extremely small for your luggage. Other complaint was way too many children in the pool so people could not swim, it's a very small pool. "
"I stayed here with the kids and honestly I couldn’t have been more happier with the service. There were a couple of minor hiccups but they dealt with the issue quickly and efficiently. The staff are very welcoming and extremely helpful and the hotel is very clean. And to top it off, the location was so good with the shopping mall 1 minute away, beach and transport.
