Property is nice and clean. Staff and service are bad. Prior to coming to this hotel we send a number of requests for early checkin. I had a birthday exact at that day, we have many plans booked already. And we had a child, who needed just couple hours to sleep and refresh. Despite all our previous discussion the room was not ready. And we came not in 6am, but at 12pm. Cheput time is at 11am, so there are plenty of time to clean one room, especially we had asked several weeks prior our visit. It would be ok, if they would sayplease wait for 15 mi utes your room is almost over, like allother hotels do receiving prior request. No, they didn't allow us to checkin before 2 pm. Later becausr we were tierd and did not sleep previous night we oversleept our prepaid breakfast. It is 16€ per person - quite an amount for the family. Of course, no one offered us to return our money, especially they verifiying room number before allowing you to enter to the restaurant. There are many nice and friendly hotels service around. I would never recommend thos one to anyone!!! Again, only becase of service - people. The hotel itself is very nice, and breakfast (one of two days that we could try) is delishios. By thecthe way, people who work in therestaurant are very nice, but not the front desk!

The hotel is not well maintained, starting with the reception, hall, elevator and floors. The furniture in the small reception area is in need of cleaning or replacement. They have an area with cream leather seats that are completely dirty and stained-it seems with years of use and not cleaning. The room I stayed was dirty and there was mildew in the bathroom (I took pictures and showed it to reception). Definitely they don't care about cleaning. In addition to dirty room and dirty bathroom, the bed was hard, old and very uncomfortable, the furniture in the room was dirty and with stains, the room is not well sealed so you hear all the outside noises (like there are happening inside the room) and the walls in the room are so thin you hear EVERYTHING happening next door. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL.
