"Just got back from a Lovely little break away, rooms clean and comfortable. Breakfast was just right and options available for evening meal available. Parking on site. The tram stops 2mins walk away into Blackpool 3 stops along.The staff were amazing nothing too much trouble, very friendly and approachable. Will definitely stay here again xx "
